Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage insurance claims from start to completion 
• Review and verify claim documents for accuracy and completeness 
• Communicate with clients, adjusters, and internal teams regarding claim status 
• Maintain accurate records and update claim files regularly 
• Follow up on pending claims and required documentation 
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
